Mais de 50 monitores e submonitores se reuniram nos dias 3 e 4 de agosto de 2019 onde aconteceu o Encontro de Monitores do 15º D.E. Alto Tietê, organizado pelo Grupo Escoteiro Sion em Arujá. No evento além de técnicas mateiras e da comida preparada pelos jovens, foram discutidos temas como bullying, progressões pessoais, mediação de conflitos, projetos e equidade de gênero.
E é claro que o Grupo Escoteiro Ubirajara se fez presente, com seus monitores e submonitores da tropa escoteira Ubirajara e da tropa Sênior Boinas Pretas.
Nossos jovens líderes puderam nesse encontro trocar experiências e vivências que muito agregam no processo de liderança.
Para o chefe da tropa, Chefe Rafael Thuler ” Um dos maiores trunfos do movimento escoteiro é a formação de líderes, e um evento como esse, com essa estrutura e dinâmica ajuda em muito nossos jovens não só para o escotismo, mas para a liderança na vida ” completa o chefe.
